The vibrating screen is suitable for handling granular materials with large output requirements and not too high precision. Linear vibrating screen adopts double vibrating motor drive, when the two vibrating motors do synchronous and anti-fou rotation, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block in the direction parallel to the motor axis cancel each other, in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis stacked as a combined force, so the movement track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor axes have an angle of inclination relative to the screen surface, under the combined force of excitation force and material self-gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface jumping forward for linear motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and classification of materials.
About the installation and commissioning of linear vibrating screen and test operation, together with a look at:
(A) installation:
1, machine installation, equipment installation should be strictly in accordance with the installation diagram, the foundation should have sufficient rigidity and strength to support the dynamic load and static load of the vibrating screen.
2, the motor can be installed horizontally. The motor should be fastened on the installation surface, and the installation surface must be smooth and flat.
3、When installing, the four corners of the screen box should be horizontal.
4、Ensure that the clearance of 75mm should be maintained between the screen box and the hopper, chute and other non-moving parts.
5、Adjustment of excitation force.
6, the motor should have a reliable grounding, there is a grounding device in the motor, there is a sign at the end of the lead, also can use the bottom foot solid bolt grounding.
7, the motor lead using four-core rubber cable YZ-500V, connected to the power when the lead line cable does not allow sharp folding, and reliable fixed with the vibration body.
(B) adjustment and test run:
1, the spring must be in a vertical state, the spring support and spring contact surface must become horizontal, adjusted with bolts to fix the spring support on the sieve box trunnion, and then welded into one.
2, no-load test run time of not less than 2 hours, no-load test run after passing, can be put into load test run, load test run can be carried out according to the process test run requirements.
