Vibrating feeder is also called vibrating feeder. Maintenance requirements for vibration motors in vibration feeders

The feeding process of vibrating feeder is realized by using the special vibrating motor to drive the feeding trough to make periodic linear reciprocating vibration along the tilt direction. The material in the trough jumps forward continuously due to the continuous excitation of the vibrating motor to achieve the purpose of feeding.

Vibrating feeder uses vibrating motor as the excitation source, with low noise, low power consumption, good adjustment performance, and no material flushing phenomenon. Vibrating feeder has simple structure, easy operation, no need to wetting, low power consumption, and can evenly adjust the amount of ore feed. Vibrating feeder is widely used in crushing and screening joint equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.

The maintenance requirements of the vibrating motor in the vibrating feeder are explained as follows:

1, feeder in the process of operation should always check the amplitude, vibration motor current and motor surface temperature, requiring uniform front and rear amplitude, not swinging left and right, vibration motor current stability, if abnormalities are found, should immediately stop processing.

2, vibration motor bearing lubrication is the key to the normal operation of the whole feeder, in the process of use should be regularly greased bearings. Motor bearings every two months to fill a grease; high-temperature season once a month to fill the lubricant; every six months to disassemble and repair the motor, replace the internal bearings.
