VRV type circular motion vibrating screen is used for screening granular materials, widely applied in industries such as metallurgy and mineral processing, coal preparation, building materials, and electric power.

● The setting of vibration parameters is rational to avoid the natural frequencies at all levels of the screen body and reduce the impact of resonance.
● Middle cracking, which improves the strength and rigidity of side panels, and enhances equipment reliability.
● The vibration exciter beam and screen frame beam adopt a box beam structure with reinforcing ribs inside to improve the rigidity and strength of the screen machine, and reduce the overall weight at the same time, thereby improving the overall efficiency and reducing power consumption.
● After welding, the vibration exciter beam and all beams are annealed to relieve stress and machined along with the installation section of the side plate.
● Width up to 2200mm, length up to 6500mm
● Long service life, up to 5 years for the screen body and more than 15,000 hours for the driver
● The driving method adopts the form of motor plus eccentric block
