Structural Model

The BM seat type electromagnetic vibration device is divided into three parts: an electromagnetic vibration unit, a groove body with various specifications, and a control unit.

● The electromagnetic vibration unit is a double-body type vibration system, and a vibration element of the double-body type vibration system comprises an electromagnet and a spring group; the bottom rubber springs to reduce transmission of vibration to the environment.

● Various specifications of trough body: such as conveying pipe, conveying trough, guide rail, etc. On this basis, related additional devices such as an observation hole, a breathing hole, a flow limiting plate and the like can be added; the body is usually made of stainless steel; external surface polishing, sand blasting, internal surface spraying, mirror surface, etc.

● Control unit: remote, local, multiple control modes can be switched and edited at will according to process requirements.

Control advantages

● Output voltage regulation, even if the power supply voltage fluctuates within 10%, the amplitude remains unchanged

● The amplitude of the vibration unit and the feed rate can be adjusted within the range of 0-100%, both of which are proportional to the set values

● The set value of the amplitude can be given by a potentiometer or by an external signal, which can be 0-10V、 0-20mA、4-20mA

● The controller can be activated by a power switch, an interlock contact signal, or a 24VDC signal
